If your return is accepted, please ship to the address above. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.Any items that are not seasonal or personalized are eligible to return. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.

No, we only offer embroidery on products purchased in Central Embroidery.

Our turnaround time is updated in our announcement bar at the top of the website. Our current turn around time is 10 - 14 business days.

Standard shipping is 3 to 4 business days from completion of embroidery, or after purchase when no embroidery is added. We do offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. Orders can be picked up in store as well.
